Yash Industries

Yash Industries is over at Plot No. J-518 in the J Block of MIDC, Bhosari. Pune has grown a lot, but this industrial area still feels like the old days. Our place is a mid-sized unit where we do manufacturing work. It is usually quite dusty because of the grinding machines. We have a lot of metal scrap in the bins outside. Inside, it’s mostly benches and heavy machinery. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we do, you just walk onto the factory floor. The guys wear blue overalls that have seen better days. We start our shift with a cup of tea and a quick talk about what needs to be finished. The MIDC area is always buzzing with trucks and tempo drivers looking for directions. We have a small garden patch near the gate that we try to keep green, but the industrial dust makes it hard. We are just a group of people who know how to work with machines. We don't have big meetings; we just talk over the noise of the shop. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big order, and other times we leave a bit early when it’s quiet. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or brochures. We just do the engineering work and send the parts out to the clients.
