You can find Vishnu Enterprises at Plot No. W-197 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. Pune has grown a lot, but this industrial part of town stays pretty much the same, just more crowded. We have a simple setup here. It’s a basic workshop where we handle the day-to-day operations. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in the area, just a reliable one where the work gets done correctly. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place that keeps the rain off the equipment. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than sitting at a desk. It’s a lot of manual work and making sure the machines are running like they should. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing them, which is just part of the job. The neighbors at the other plots are mostly doing the same kind of stuff. We help each other out with tools or advice if someone is stuck. It’s a decent community of workers here in Bhosari. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people just hear about us through word of mouth or see the sign when they're driving through the W-block. It’s a noisy, busy place but it’s where we belong and what we know how to do. We usually wrap things up by early evening and head home through the Pune traffic.
