Tej Plastics

Tej Plastics is based at J - 362 in the Midc Bhosari industrial area. We are one of the many small units in this part of town that focus on manufacturing. Our work involves plastic molding and making various plastic parts. The shop floor is filled with our machines and rows of finished products. It is a bit of a loud place to be, but we are used to the noise by now. We don't have a fancy office. There is just a small desk in the corner where we handle the paperwork. Midc Bhosari is a good location for a business like ours because all the suppliers are nearby. If we need a specific tool or a repair, we can find someone just down the road. We don't really have a marketing strategy. We just do our work and hope people like what we make. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend hours getting them back on track. It is a hands-on job. We get our hands dirty and we work hard throughout the day. The people who work here are mostly from the local area. We have a simple routine and we stick to it. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just trying to run a decent plastic business and keep things moving. It is a steady way to make a living for us.
