Our place is located in the Pawana Industrial Complex over in Bhosari. We've been at D-15 for several years now. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always noisy and dusty around here with all the trucks moving in and out. We mostly handle small-scale fabrication and some assembly work for other businesses nearby. The floor space is mostly filled with machines and raw materials stacked up. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just basic industrial supply stuff that keeps things moving. Sometimes the orders get a bit backed up when a machine breaks down, but we manage to fix things ourselves usually. It’s just a small team of us working the shifts. We take our lunch breaks together when it’s quiet. The building itself is a bit old, but it serves its purpose for the kind of heavy work we do every day. We don't spend much time on the office side of things because there's always something to move or weld in the back. Shipping and receiving can be a headache with the narrow roads in the complex, but the drivers know the way by now. We just focus on getting the specs right. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Bhosari industrial hub. We've seen a lot of neighbors come and go over the years while we just keep plugging away at our own orders. It's not a flashy job but it pays the bills.
