We are at Plot No. J-268 in the Bhosari MIDC area of Pune. It’s a busy spot right next to several other small workshops and factories. We handle a mix of engineering tasks and general supply work from this location. The place often looks a bit cluttered with parts waiting to be shipped and wooden crates stacked up near the entrance. We have been running this business for quite a few years. It started out as a very small operation and we just kept at it. We don't have a massive team, just a few reliable workers who know the ropes. Most of the day is spent on the phone with suppliers or checking on orders. Our office is just a section of the main floor that we walled off with some plywood. It’s not fancy, but it keeps the dust off the paperwork. Spending money on things we don't need isn't something we do. Bhosari is always bustling, and finding a place to park near the gate is usually a challenge. We have gotten used to the noise and the pace of the industrial estate. Sometimes we help out the neighbors with tools or advice if they are having a rough day. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business without any grand plans or corporate talk. We just focus on getting things done for the people who rely on us.
