Sai Auto Stampings

Our place is located in Sector No. 7, right at Plot No. 126 in the PCNTDA area of MIDC, Bhosari. If you know Pune, you know this part of town is all about manufacturing and heavy work. Sai Auto Stampings is one of those spots where there is always the sound of machines running. We handle various stamping jobs and the floor is usually covered with metal sheets and parts waiting to go out. It gets pretty loud during the day, so we have to talk over the noise of the presses. Most of the crew has been here for a while and they know the routine by heart. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. Instead, you just walk in and you are right there where the work happens. It is a busy industrial zone and we fit right in with the rest of the shops on this plot. We spend our hours checking the specs and making sure the metal is hitting the marks like it should. Sometimes the schedules get tight when a lot of orders come in at once, but we manage. We’ve been in Bhosari for a good stretch now and we’ve seen the MIDC grow all around us. It is just a regular shop doing regular stamping work every day. We keep the machines oiled and the guys keep busy until the shift is over. It is noisy and dirty sometimes, but that is just the nature of auto stamping.
