If you walk down the J Block in the Bhosari MIDC area, you’ll find us at Plot No. El-37/3. We are Rajesh Industries, and we’ve been part of this Pune industrial landscape for quite some time now. The building isn't brand new, and the paint has seen better days, but the machines inside are what matter to us. We do a lot of heavy lifting and metal work here. It’s noisy, dusty, and there is always the smell of machine oil in the air. That’s just the reality of an industrial plot. Most of our guys live nearby, so we have a pretty tight-knit group. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the parts we produce are solid and that our customers aren't left waiting. There’s a small office near the front where we handle the paperwork, but most of the action happens in the back where the lathes and drills are. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a regular part of life in Bhosari. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just have our tools and our hands. It's a simple way to make a living, and it works for us. We just keep the machines oiled and the floor swept as best we can.
