Poonam Plastic Fabricators

We are located in the MIDC Bhosari area, specifically at Dhawade Wasti, survey number 17/1. It’s an industrial part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around. We deal with plastic fabrication. It's what we know how to do. The machines have been with us for years, and they still run okay if you know how to treat them. We make various plastic parts and components that other businesses need. It isn't a clean job. There are always plastic shavings on the floor, no matter how much we sweep. We started out small and stayed that way, which works for us. Usually, it's just a couple of us working the shifts. We take the orders as they come. Sometimes it’s a big batch, sometimes it’s just a few pieces. The heat in Bhosari can get pretty bad in the summer, especially inside the shed with the heaters running. We just drink a lot of tea and keep going. Most of our customers are from the same industrial zone. They know where we are. We don't use a website or anything like that. If someone wants something made, they just walk in or call the old landline. It's a straightforward way to run things. We focus on the work at hand and try to get it out the door without delays. It is a living and it keeps us busy.
