Pmg Polymers Pvt. Ltd.

Our factory, Pmg Polymers Pvt. Ltd., is located over in the T-Block of MIDC Bhosari. If you know the area, we are at Plot No. T-165/1/13. It is mostly industrial around here so it gets pretty noisy with all the machines running throughout the shift. We make different polymer products and various plastic bits for other businesses. The floor is usually covered in some dust or scraps but that is just how a factory works. We have a small team of guys who have been with us for years. They know the machines better than anyone else does. It's a lot of hard work and the shifts can be long sometimes when we have big orders to finish. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass building and fancy offices. Just a practical workspace where we get the jobs done. The gate at the front is a bit sticky in the monsoon season. We do our best to keep the orders moving out on time. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the MIDC traffic which is a real headache for everyone. We deal with it though as best as we can. It’s a messy business but it keeps us busy and the machines are always humming. Most of our neighbors are also in manufacturing so it feels like a community. We share tea sometimes during the breaks. We just focus on the day to day tasks and try to stay on top of the schedule. It is a loud place but we are used to it and just keep working through the day.
