Matrix Engineers

Matrix Engineers is tucked away in Sector No. 10 of the PCNTDA Industrial Area in Bhosari. We have been working out of Plot No. 218 for quite some time now. Pune is a busy place for engineering, and we are just one of the many small shops trying to get the job done right. Our days are filled with the sound of metal being cut and ground. It's a loud environment, but we like it that way. We focus on mechanical parts and whatever fabrication comes our way. The workspace is cluttered with tools, blueprints, and half-finished pieces of metal. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us bent over a lathe or checking measurements with a caliper. We take pride in the fact that we do most of the hard work ourselves without outsourcing much. Sometimes the rain leaks through the roof a little bit when it pours hard in Pune, but we just move the machines and keep going. We don't use a lot of complicated software for our daily tasks. Most things are figured out on the shop floor with a pencil and a bit of experience. It's a straightforward operation here. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their role. We just want to finish the day knowing the parts we made are solid.
