Indian Techno Accessories Company

Our office is on the first floor of Plot No. 305/2 in Sector No. 10. We are part of the PCNTDA area in Nigdi Pradhikaran, which is right in the Chinchawad Bhosari belt. It’s a very industrial part of town with a lot of manufacturing going on around us. Indian Techno Accessories Company started because we saw a need for these specific parts in the local factories. Moving stuff up and down the stairs to the first floor is a bit of a pain, but we have gotten used to the exercise. The space is mostly filled with shelves and plastic bins where we keep all the small accessories. We spend a lot of our time counting out pieces and putting them into smaller bags for customers. It is tedious work sometimes, but someone has to do it. We have a small table in the corner where we keep the kettle for tea. The sunlight comes in through the side window in the afternoon and makes the place quite warm, so we usually keep the fan on high. We have a small staff and we all pretty much do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing the boxes. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just want to get the orders filled and out the door. It’s a quiet enough operation and we like it that way. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door so people know they have the right place.
