You can find us at J-411 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. We are right next to Darekar Heat Treat and pretty close to Mehta Pressing. It’s a busy part of Pune where trucks and workshops are moving all day long. Having operated from this unit for quite some time, we've made the most of the space. It's not a huge shop, but it fits all our equipment and the small crew we have. We do a bit of everything here, mostly focusing on small-scale engineering tasks that the bigger shops don't want to mess with. My cousin helps out with the accounts while I spend most of my time on the floor checking the work. Sometimes a big rush of orders means staying late into the evening, but mostly things move at a steady pace. During breaks, we usually head to the tea stall around the corner to get away from the noise. It’s a gritty environment, but that’s the reality of working in an industrial zone like Bhosari. We still use old ledgers for most of our paperwork because it works for us and we don't like computers much. If there's a problem with a part, we just fix it on the spot instead of filling out a bunch of forms. There's no board of directors here, just us trying to run a decent shop. The neighbors are good people who help out when a machine breaks down or a specific tool is needed for a quick job.
