We are located at Plot No. 81-B/16 in the General Block of MIDC Bhosari. It’s a fairly typical industrial setup here in Pune. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sounds of machinery from the neighboring units. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Our day starts early, usually around the time the first shifts begin in the block. We deal with specific industrial components and linings, which isn't the kind of thing most people talk about over dinner, but it’s what we do. The workshop floor is always busy, and there’s usually a bit of grease or dust around, which is normal for this kind of place. We have a small team of workers who know the machines inside out. They don't need much supervision anymore. We keep our paperwork in a small office at the front of the plot. It’s often a bit cluttered with blueprints and delivery notes. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow lanes of the General Block when they come for pickups, but we manage to get them loaded. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We’d rather just get the work done and head home to our families.
