Apex Tools & Dies Pvt. Ltd. is located at W-119 in the S Block of MIDC, Bhosari. We’re right here in Pune, surrounded by other workshops and factories. Our daily life revolves around making tools and dies. It’s precise work, so we spend a lot of time looking closely at things. The shop isn't very big, but it’s packed with everything we need. We’ve been here for years, and many of our guys have been with us since the start. It’s a bit of a tight-knit group. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. We usually just eat together in the break area. The machines take up most of the space. It gets pretty loud when everything is running at once. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company. We’re just a group of people who are good at making specific things. We take our time to get it right because that’s what matters. If you come by, you’ll see us in our aprons working away. There’s no front desk person to greet you usually, you just walk in and find one of us. We like the grit of Bhosari. It’s a place where people actually make things. We’re happy to be a part of that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on schedule. Maharashtra can get hot, but the shop stays busy.
