Our company, 3 A Industries, operates out of Gala No. 09 in the Mahasainik Industrial Estate. We are situated at S Not- 153/1 in Bhosari. This area is well known for its workshops and manufacturing units, and we fit right in with the rest of them. The space we have is functional and used mostly for our daily production tasks. It is a typical industrial gala setup where the work is the main priority. Bhosari can be quite a loud place during the day with all the different industries working side by side. We have our machines set up and the team knows exactly what needs to be done each morning. There isn't a lot of space for a lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you are basically in the middle of the workspace. We like it that way because it keeps everything transparent and easy to manage. People who work here have been with us for some time now. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work at Gala 09 and make sure it is done right. The Mahasainik Industrial Estate has its own rhythm, and we have become a part of it over the years. It is just honest work in a busy part of town. We keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever the day brings to our door at Bhosari.
