Avcon Control Pvt. Ltd.

We are located out in Plot No. T-108 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. It is a very industrial neighborhood, so you hear the sounds of welding and trucks all day long. Avcon Control Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good while, and our space is mostly filled with metal parts and control valves. It’s not a quiet place to work. We have people on the floor assembling parts and others sitting at the back trying to get the paperwork sorted. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains here and there, which is just how it goes in this line of work. We don’t have fancy chairs or a lobby. Most people who come here are technicians or truck drivers picking up a load for a factory somewhere else. We spend a lot of time double-checking the gauges and making sure the fittings are tight. Sometimes the power goes out in the area and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It is a lot of manual labor and technical stuff mixed together. We eat lunch together in the small break area and talk about whatever is going on in the city. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We just focus on getting the controls built and shipped out to whoever needs them next. There is always something to be tightened or a box to be moved.
