At Amphenol Interconnect India Pvt. Ltd., we operate out of Plot No. 105. It is a straightforward facility where we spend most of our time dealing with the technical side of things. The address is simple enough to remember, and we've been at this location long enough that it feels like second nature to everyone who works here. We don't have much in the way of decoration on the walls, just some calendars and the usual safety posters. Our focus is mainly on the daily tasks and making sure the orders are processed correctly. The workplace is usually humming with the sound of equipment and people talking about various projects. It isn't a quiet office by any means. We have a small canteen where we all eat lunch together, which is a nice break from the work. We aren't really the type to use big marketing slogans or talk about being leaders in anything. We just know what we're supposed to do and we try to do it without making many errors. Sometimes it’s stressful when there’s a big deadline, but we usually manage to pull through by staying late. We’ve had some people join us recently and some who have been here for a decade. It’s a good mix of folks. We don’t spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world, we just keep our heads down and work at the plot.
