Bhavya Shiksha Foundation

We are based out of Lohagaon, over at Sathe Wasti. If you know the area, we’re right behind the Chavan bungalow at Sr No.278/3. It’s an interesting part of Pune because it feels like it’s growing every single day. One minute it’s all fields and the next there’s a new building. Our foundation is tucked away here, and we focus on education. It’s a simple setup. We have a few rooms where we get our work done. It’s not a shiny office in the middle of a tech park. We prefer being here where the actual people live. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting around a table trying to figure out the best way to help students who need it. We don’t do big events or have glossy brochures. We just talk to folks in the neighborhood and see what’s needed. Sometimes the traffic near the bungalow gets a bit much, but we’re used to it. The team is small, and we all wear many hats. One day I’m doing accounts, and the next I’m out meeting people. It’s honest work. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just want kids to have a better shot at learning stuff. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we keep the doors open and just keep at it. That’s how we operate every day here in Lohagaon.
