Bhavitavya Vikas Urban Nidhi Limited is located in Daund, which is part of the Pune district. Our office is in Ganesh Society, at bungalow number 13/1. Daund is a busy railway town, and you can often hear the trains in the distance if the wind is blowing the right way. The society where we are based is a bit quieter than the main market area, which we appreciate during the middle of the day. We have set up our workspace inside the bungalow with just the essentials. There are stacks of paper, a few computers that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep the kettle. It is a very local setup. People from the surrounding villages often find their way to us after finishing their work at the station or the local shops. We spend our mornings catching up on entries and drinking coffee. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and we have a few calendars hanging up to keep track of the dates. It is a practical environment where we don't worry much about decor. Mostly, we are busy checking numbers and talking to folks who live in the Ganesh Society or nearby blocks. Life moves at a different pace here in Daund compared to the big city. We just try to keep things organized and handle the daily walk-ins as they arrive. It is a humble place, but it serves the purpose for everyone involved.
