You can find us over in Aundh at D/14. We’ve been working in the property and development field around here for a while now. It’s mostly about finding pieces of land and figuring out what can actually be built there without too much trouble. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local authorities and getting all the right stamps on the right papers. It’s a bit of a slow process sometimes, which can be frustrating, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team that knows the Aundh area inside and out. Our office is usually full of maps and site plans spread across the tables. We talk to architects and engineers all day long. Sometimes we disagree about where a window should go or how big a balcony needs to be. We try to keep things simple and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s about building places where people can actually live comfortably. We’ve seen a lot of growth in Aundh since we started at D/14. More cars, more shops, and more people moving in every year. We just keep doing our bit, one project at a time. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. We don't spend money on big ads. People usually find us because they saw one of our sites or heard about us from a neighbor.
