Bharat Subcontinent Agri Foundation

We are over at Sujan Park in Lulla Nagar, right in Pune. The office is in Winner Court, suite 205, on Sahani Road. It’s a busy spot but we try to keep things quiet and organized. Most of us here come from farming families or have some tie to the land, so starting Bharat Subcontinent Agri Foundation felt like the right move for everyone involved. We handle a lot of the day-to-day paperwork and coordination for agricultural projects across this part of the country. It’s not always easy dealing with all the different rules and regional stuff, but we get through it. The building itself is easy to find if you know the CTS 3652 area. We spend a lot of time on the phone and meeting with people who actually grow the food we see in the markets. We aren't a big corporation with fancy lobbies, just a few rooms where we try to figure out how to help the foundation do its job better. Sometimes the traffic outside on Sahani Road gets loud, but that’s just Pune for you. We’ve been at this for a bit now, trying to bridge the gap between the farmers and the bigger agricultural networks. It’s a lot of practical work, checking files and making sure things are moving. We don't have a big team, but the people here know their stuff when it comes to the local agri scene. We have a small fan that rattles in the corner and plenty of tea to keep us going during the long afternoons.
