Bharat International Pet Foods is located at 2337/2 Wagholi on the Basaveshwara Nagar Main Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always a bit of a scramble getting things in and out of the building. We deal with pet food, mostly stuff for dogs and cats that people in this part of the city are looking for. The office and the storage area stay pretty busy throughout the day. We have bags and cans stacked up high in the back. It’s not just about selling; it’s about making sure we actually have the right stock when the delivery trucks show up. The main road can be a bit of a nightmare with traffic, which makes the logistics side of things a bit stressful sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking long inventory lists on the computer. It’s a practical business. We aren't doing anything fancy or high-tech here. Most of us have been working in this area for a while, so we are used to the pace of the neighborhood. Sometimes we get people walking in asking questions about what is best for their pets, and we just show them what we have available on the floor. It’s a lot of physical work, moving heavy bags around and making sure nothing gets damaged by the damp. The weather gets very hot in the afternoons, which makes the warehouse side of things a bit tough. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready for the day.
