Bhairavee Pure Veg Restaurant sits in the Baner Gaon area, specifically near the Bommasandra Industrial Area and Attibele Hobli 263/2/1. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but we are easy to find once you are in the neighborhood. We focus on vegetarian food because that is what we know how to cook. The kitchen is busy from the moment we unlock the doors. We get a lot of workers from the industrial area who need a solid meal before they go back to their shifts. The tables are simple and we use metal plates because they are easy to clean and last a long time. It can get very noisy during the lunch hour with the sound of clinking spoons and people talking over each other. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive menus. We just write the daily specials on a board and hope people like them. Sometimes we run out of the most popular dish by one o'clock, and we have to tell people we're sorry. It’s just the way it goes in a small kitchen. Our staff lives nearby, so we all walk to work.
