Belambe Foundation

Belambe Foundation is on the ninth floor of the Galaxy building. We are in unit B901. Our location is near Mhatre Bridge, right opposite the Krishna Sunder Garden in Pune. This is a very well-known part of the city. Being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic and the river nearby. Pune is a city that is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it on S No 5/1/1. Even though we are in a modern building, our office is pretty basic inside. We have some computers and a few files, but no fancy decorations. We started this foundation because we wanted to be part of the city's growth in our own way. We don't have a big staff or a marketing team. It’s just a couple of us who manage everything. The elevators in the building are sometimes slow, so we end up chatting with the neighbors a lot. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just come in every morning, check our emails, and see what needs to be done. It’s a very straightforward way of working. Most of our visitors are people who live in the nearby societies or students from the area. We like it this way. It feels real and connected to the street life below.
