Being And Becoming Foundation

Being And Becoming Foundation is tucked away inside the Supratik Infraventure space at Block No-A-03 in Kurda. It might seem like a bit of a strange spot for a foundation, sharing space with an infra company, but it works for us. We spend our time thinking about how people grow and change, which is where the name comes from. It’s not a very big operation, just a few of us in a small office, but we like the quiet of Kurda. To be honest, we don't spend much money on decorations or fancy office chairs because that’s not really the point of what we are doing. We just want a place where we can work on our projects and help people find their way a bit better. Sometimes the days are long and we don't feel like we’ve gotten much done, but then someone will reach out and it makes it feel worth it. We deal with a lot of paperwork and planning for the different programs we run. It’s practical work, mostly. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with a glass building. We are just here in A-03, trying to make things a little better for whoever comes through our door. If you are ever out this way, you might have to look twice for the block number, but we are usually here during the week drinking coffee and working through our lists.
