Behr Hella Thermocontrol is located over at 42 Chinchwadagaon. We are tucked away in the Silver Farms area, specifically inside the Elpro Compound. If you know the Old Railway Colony, then you basically know where we are. It’s a busy part of the city and there’s always something going on nearby. The compound itself is quite large and houses a bunch of different businesses, so there’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. Getting to the office involves navigating through some of the local traffic, which can be a bit much during the morning rush. The building we’re in is pretty standard for this area. It’s not one of those new glass towers you see in the fancy districts. It feels more like a place where real work happens. We have our desks and our equipment set up and we just get on with it. Sometimes the trains passing by the colony remind us how close we are to the tracks. It’s a bit noisy at times but you get used to it after a week or two. Most of the staff here have been around for a bit and we have our routine down. We grab tea from the local stalls and usually eat lunch together in the break area. It’s a straightforward environment without any of that corporate fluff you find elsewhere. Just people doing their jobs in Chinchwad.
