We are located in Bibwewadi, up on the fourth floor of the Raviraj Cru Mall. We have several units there, from 401 to 405, so there is plenty of room for our team to work. Being in a mall is actually quite handy because everyone knows where it is and there is plenty of parking. We are right across from Gagan Vihar Society. Bbo Realty is a straightforward operation. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans. We just work on property deals around Pune. The office is usually humming with the sound of the air conditioning and people talking on their phones. We have a lot of large tables where we spread out architectural plans and legal documents. It can get pretty busy, especially in the afternoons when more people are out and about. We handle all sorts of real estate tasks, from finding land to helping with apartment sales. It involves a lot of driving around to different sites, so we aren't always at our desks. When we are in the office, we are usually trying to catch up on emails or filing away new agreements. It is a practical job and we try to be as helpful as we can without making things too complicated. If you take the lift up to the fourth floor, you will find us easily enough. We have been here for a while and plan to stay for much longer.
