Our setup is inside a bungalow named Pallavi, which is part of the Sagar Cooperative Housing Society. You’ll find us in Bavdhan Kh, sitting right on the Nda Pashan Road. Since we are just opposite the Bank of Maharashtra, it’s pretty easy for visitors to spot the turn. Working from a house instead of some cold office tower makes the day feel a bit more relaxed. The work we handle is mostly technical, involving systems and computer management. Because it’s a residential area, the quiet helps us focus when a project gets complicated. Usually, the small team just gathers around a large table with our laptops. No big signs are posted outside, so it looks like any other home on the block. When the heavy rains hit Pune, the internet might cut out, and we just take a break and wait for it to come back. We have to be careful about being too loud because of the neighbors living nearby. Bavdhan has a good local feel, and we often head out to the main road for a quick lunch. There aren’t any strict dress codes or corporate handbooks here. We just arrive, fix whatever needs fixing, and head home once the job is finished. The bank guards across the street have seen us coming and going for years now. It’s a simple way to run a business, and we prefer it that way over being stuck in a high-rise downtown. It just feels right for us.
