It’s a busy part of town, always something happening outside the doors. We spend most of our days just getting through the orders and making sure things are moving. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get the work done. Sometimes the traffic near the chowky gets a bit much, especially in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this address for a while and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s not a big corporate setup with a lot of layers. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always paperwork or something to organize in the back. We try to keep things simple here.
