Our place is tucked away at 340 Raviwar Peth in Pune. If you know the area, you know it’s always moving and people are always on the go. We are actually located right with Aqmar Hardware. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes because there’s always something being loaded or unloaded nearby. Basf Construction Chemicals India has been operating from this corner for a while now. We don’t have a massive showroom or anything. It’s more of a functional space where we handle the day-to-day business of construction materials. Most people who come by are looking for specific chemicals for their building sites. Being in Raviwar Peth means we are right in the thick of things. It’s noisy and there’s always someone shouting across the street, but that’s just how it is here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down orders in our ledgers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some chairs, and plenty of files about various projects. We know most of the people around here since we’ve been in this spot for a long time. It’s a very local feel. We don’t do much advertising; people just find us through word of mouth or because they’re already buying stuff from the hardware shop. We just focus on making sure the right chemicals get to the right site without too much fuss. It's honest work and keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the day.
