Bapu Foundation For Learning On Mind And Discourse is situated in Flat No- 704, which is part of the Nyati Estate building. Specifically, we are in the Filicium wing, which sits on Survey No- 3, Hissa 1. This is over in Mohammadwadi, which is a growing part of Hadapsar in Pune. The building is quite tall, so being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area. It’s a residential complex, so there is a lot of security at the gate and people walking their dogs in the evenings. We use this flat as our main hub for all the learning and discourse work we do. It doesn't look like a standard office; it feels more like a home that has been converted into a study space. There are bookshelves lining some of the walls and a few tables where we can sit and talk. The atmosphere is generally calm, which helps when you are trying to think or write. We don't have any flashy marketing materials or big logos on the walls. It is just a place where we can gather and focus on the mind and discourse topics. Sometimes the wind gets quite strong up on the seventh floor, whistling through the balcony. We mostly stay busy with the day-to-day operations, keeping things running smoothly without much noise. It’s a practical location for us since it’s away from the heavy traffic of central Pune.
