Balajis Industries

Started at Pavana Industrial Premises back when the area was a bit quieter. We are down on the ground floor at C-6. It’s a busy spot in Bhosari, always trucks moving and people shouting. We mostly handle industrial parts and whatever else comes through the door. The shop floor is usually a bit messy, but that's how it goes when you're actually working. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. Just the machines and the guys who know how to run them. Some days are long, especially when a machine acts up or a delivery is late. We’ve stayed in this T-204 unit for a long time now. It’s not a big corporate office, just a practical workspace where we get things made. The tea stall nearby is where we spend most of our breaks. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the drawings people bring in and try to get the dimensions right. It gets pretty loud in here when everything is running at once, but you get used to it. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the routine. It’s just Balajis Industries, a local place in the Midc area trying to keep up with the orders. Nothing more to it than that, really. Just some people making things day in and day out.
