Baker Gauges (India) Pvt Ltd is based over in Viman Nagar. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. Working in Viman Nagar is nice because there are a lot of other businesses around and it feels like there is always something happening. Our building is pretty standard, nothing too crazy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a lot of people working on gauges and keeping things moving. We have a lot of stuff to keep track of, so the days go by really fast. Sometimes the morning commute is a bit of a headache with the traffic, but once we get inside and start working, it's fine. We aren't really the type to go around bragging about what we do. We just focus on the gauges and make sure they are right. It’s a practical job that requires some focus. There are plenty of us working here, but it still feels like a close group. We eat lunch together and talk about whatever is on the news. It’s a bit of a routine, but we like the stability of it. Viman Nagar has changed a lot, with new cafes and shops popping up everywhere, but we are still here doing our usual work. It’s a decent place to spend your working hours, honestly. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs finishing.
