Badve Autocoms Pvt. Ltd. has a presence at The Pride Hotel on 5 University Road in Shivaji Nagar, Pune. While a lot of the heavy lifting happens out in the M.I.D.C. Chakan area, this spot in Shivaji Nagar is where some of our administrative and coordination work gets done. Pune is a city that is always growing, and being on University Road puts us near a lot of the action. It’s a bit different than the industrial setting of Chakan. Here, the pace is more about meetings and paperwork. We don't have a typical corporate office vibe; it’s more functional and direct. The staff here handles the schedules and the communication between different departments. We aren't into fancy presentations or trying to sound more important than we are. We just focus on the automotive components and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall behind. The traffic near the university can be a headache, so we usually try to get in early. Inside, it’s just people at their desks, checking emails and making phone calls. There isn't any fluff. We don't talk about changing the world, we just talk about getting the parts moved and the orders filled. It’s a practical setup for a company that deals with manufacturing. We like being in Shivaji Nagar because it’s central, making it easier to manage the various bits of the business that need constant attention every single day.
