Babar Developers is at Sr No-134/B, specifically Bungalow-9 in Samta Hsg Soc. It’s near Ganeshkhind, which everyone knows because of the traffic. E-Square is the main landmark around here. You can hear the crowds on the weekends when there’s a big movie out. Our bungalow is a bit tucked away in the housing society. It’s a practical spot for us. The 411007 area has changed a lot since the mall and theaters came up. We’ve got a small porch where we keep some plants that mostly stay alive. The office inside is just standard stuff. Desks, chairs, a computer that’s a bit old. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s just where the work happens. People drop by sometimes to talk about projects, and we just pull up a chair. The Samta Housing Society is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise. Being near the Ganeshkhind road makes it easy to get around Pune, even if the traffic is bad. We usually start early before the sun gets too high. It’s just a regular local business setup. No fluff, no big marketing budget, just the daily grind in Pune. We've been here for years and the neighborhood just keeps getting busier around us every single day.
