B J Constructions

Finding us at B J Constructions can be a bit of a puzzle if you don't know Shaniwar Peth well. We are tucked away in Gurudatta Sahawas Apartment, right over at Survey No 592 on Kelkar Road. It is quite a busy area, especially being so close to Joshi Bandhu Karyalaya. You know how the traffic gets around there in the afternoons. Our office is more like a second home for us at this point. We have heaps of paperwork and site plans stacked up everywhere. The address 478/498/13/14 might look long on paper, but it’s just where we’ve set up shop to keep things moving. We handle a lot of the local building work. It’s usually just a few of us coordinating with the labor teams and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and then we have to spend the whole morning on the phone. That is just how the construction life works in a crowded place like this. We don’t have a big reception area or anything. If you come by, you’ll likely find us drinking tea and looking over some drawings on the big table. We have been in Shaniwar Peth long enough to know most of the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a tight-knit community here. We just focus on getting the structures built and keeping the sites safe. Nothing too complicated, just honest daily work with bricks and mortar.
