B C Components India Pvt. Ltd. is located right along the Pune-Sholapur Highway. We are pretty close to the Pune Central Railway Loni in Kalbhor, which makes it easier for some of the staff to get to work. The highway is always busy with trucks and buses zooming past, so there’s a constant hum of engines in the background. Our building isn't very new, but it serves its purpose well for storing and managing all the components we handle. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and workstations where we sort through the stock. It can get a bit hot during the summer months, but we have enough fans going to keep it tolerable. We aren't big on formal meetings or corporate talk; we just get the inventory checked and the orders shipped out. The Kalbhor area has grown a lot since we first started here, but our corner near the railway line stays much the same. Most of our day is spent counting parts or updating the logs. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but we take pride in knowing where every single piece is located on the shelves. Sometimes the trains going by make the windows rattle a little, but we don’t even notice it anymore. It’s just a normal workplace with regular people trying to do a good job. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice to let a bit of a breeze in from the highway.
