Orees Elevators

Our workshop is over in Azad Nagar, Gittikhadan, right off Katol Road here in Nagpur. It’s a bit of a gritty area with a lot of industrial work going on. We spend our days dealing with lift parts, motors, and control panels. It’s not the cleanest job, as there's always a bit of oil or grease around, but we don't mind. We have some space for storage and a small area where we handle the paperwork. Most of our work happens out at building sites anyway, so the office is just a base for us. We’ve been operating out of this Nagpur location for a while now. Sometimes we have a lot of heavy equipment sitting around waiting to be moved. We aren't a massive corporation with a fancy lobby; we're just a group of people who know how elevators work. If a lift is stuck or needs a part replaced, that's what we do. We talk to building managers and house owners every day. It’s practical, hands-on work. The weather gets pretty hot in Nagpur, so the workshop can be a bit warm in the summer months. We just keep the fans going and stay busy. It's a solid business, and we're glad to be part of the local scene in Gittikhadan. There is always someone coming in for a chat or a specific part.
