Ayn Foundation

Ayn Foundation is located at Sr No 278/3, which is right near Virgo Engineering in Hinjewadi Phase-II. If you know Pune, you know Hinjewadi is famous for all the big IT parks and glass buildings, but where we are is a bit more grounded. Being near Virgo Engineering means there’s a lot of industrial work happening around us. We are tucked away a bit from the main high-tech offices. Our foundation is a small operation. We don't have a lot of staff or a big budget. We just saw that even in a place as busy as Hinjewadi, there are people who get left behind by all the rapid development. We spend our time working with the local folks who live in the shadows of those big tech companies. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a desk where we can handle the paperwork. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction and the trucks moving through Phase-II, but that’s just Hinjewadi for you. We don't have any fancy mission statements posted on the walls. We just try to help the people who come to our door at 278/3. Sometimes it’s about jobs, sometimes it’s just about getting through a tough week. It’s a very real, everyday kind of place. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen the area change, but our focus stays on the immediate neighborhood.
