Ayka Advisory Llp is over here in Erandwane, right in the Rachana Polaris building on Dr. Ketkar Road. We've been in flat 701A for a while now. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking on this road can be a bit of a headache some days. Most people know the area well since it's quite central. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day advisory work. We don't have a massive team or a flashy lobby with a receptionist. It's just a regular workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but you get used to it. Erandwane has changed quite a bit over the years with new shops opening up, but our corner stays pretty much the same. We like being in this part of town because it’s close to everything we need. Most of our day is spent helping people figure out their paperwork or giving bits of advice on different projects. It’s quiet enough to focus, but you can still hear the street noise if the windows are open. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just want to do our job well and go home at the end of the day. If you’re coming by, look for the CTS numbers 94/4 and 94/5 on the gate. We’re usually here from morning until the evening.
