Avi Enterprises

Being down here in MIDC Bhosari is always interesting because of the noise. S-12/2 in T-Block is right in the middle of everything, so you always hear the sounds of machines or trucks backing up somewhere nearby. Avi Enterprises isn't a big operation with hundreds of people, it’s mostly just us in the shed working through whatever orders came in. The floors are concrete and usually have some dust on them no matter how much we sweep. We have a small table in the corner where we take our breaks. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the roof, so we keep the fans going all day. There’s a tea stall just down the road where someone usually goes to grab a tray for the rest of us. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it works for what we need. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over to make sure they look right. Most of the guys have been here for years, so we all know how the day is going to go before we even walk in. We don’t really do much in the way of decoration, it’s mostly just boxes, tools, and the parts we’re working on. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much fuss.
