Avesta Constructions

You can find us at 204 in the Zen Business Center. We are right on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway in Wakad. Being near the expressway means it’s always busy outside with cars and trucks zooming by. Avesta Constructions has been in this office for a few years now. It’s a standard office unit, nothing too fancy. We have a few desks, some computers, and a big table in the middle for meetings. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets quite stuffy in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to suppliers and checking on site progress. It’s a lot of coordination and paperwork. We have a small corner where we keep our hard hats and safety gear. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few site maps and a calendar that someone forgot to flip to the current month. We usually get our lunch from the small places nearby or have something delivered. It’s a fast-paced environment because of where we are located. There’s always someone coming or going. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. We just wear our work clothes and get through the list of things to do each day. It’s a practical space for a practical job. We like the convenience of being in Wakad since it's easy to get to different parts of Pune from here. It works out well.
