Down in the G-5 section of the MIDC Ranjangaon Industrial Area, you’ll find our facility. We are part of the Avery Dennison team out here in the Shirur Taluka. It’s a big industrial zone, so the scale of everything is quite large. The building is a massive concrete structure and it can feel a bit cold in the mornings before the machines start warming up. We have a lot of space, which is necessary for the kind of stuff we handle. There are long rows of equipment and high ceilings that echo when you walk through the main hall. It’s not a cozy place, but it’s efficient. Most of us commute from quite a distance, so the early shift starts with everyone grabbing coffee and settling in. The air smells like industrial materials and the hum of the ventilation is constant. We spend our days following the production schedule and making sure the lines don't stop for too long. There’s a lot of walking involved because the floor is so big. We have a canteen where everyone gathers during breaks, and that’s the most social part of the day. It’s a lot of hard work and keeping an eye on the details. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just the safety signs and the clocks. It’s a solid, hardworking environment in the heart of Ranjangaon. The trucks are always lined up outside waiting to load.
