Our place, Autotech Machine Tools Sales & Services, is down at J/421 in Bhosari on Bellasis Road. We are pretty close to the Quality Circle, which makes it easier for people to find us if they have not been here before. We spend most of our time dealing with machine tools, both selling them and trying to fix them when they break down. The service side of things keeps us really busy most weeks. Machines can be temperamental, and we have seen just about every problem you can imagine over the years. It is a lot of grease and heavy lifting some days. Our shop is not anything special to look at, just a functional space where we keep the tools and spare parts we need. We do not really have a sales team with suits; it is just us explaining how a lathe or a drill works to whoever walks in. Bhosari is a hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the neighbors. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we would like because of a stubborn part, but we stay until the job is done. We think it is better to be honest about how long a fix will take rather than making promises we cannot keep. That is just how we operate at Bellasis Road.
