Our place is located at Plot No-10, 11, and 12, right on Survey No-399/1 in Village-Bhare. Being out in Taluka Mulshi means we have a bit more space than the shops in town, which is good because Automotive Composite Systems International Ltd. needs room for all the materials we use. The drive out here can be a bit bumpy depending on the time of year, but you get used to it. We work with composites, which is a bit different from the usual metal shops you see around. It involves a lot of specific steps and keeping an eye on the details so things don't go wrong. The factory floor is divided up into different sections for different parts of the process. It isn't a quiet place by any means, but it has a rhythm that we all understand. We usually have lunch together in the small break area, talking about family or whatever is on the news. We don’t really do big presentations or have a glossy front office. Most people who come here are just looking to get their orders picked up or to check on how a specific job is going. We just try to stay organized and keep the production lines moving without any major breakdowns. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work out for us in the long run.
