We’ve been here at Plot No. 34 in Ideal Colony for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Kothrud, and most people around Pune know where we are. Being an industry outfit, things get pretty loud and dusty sometimes, but that’s just how the work goes. We handle a lot of different parts and metal stuff every day. Most of the guys on the floor have been with us for years. They know the machines better than anyone. You’ll usually see a few trucks lined up outside waiting to load or unload things. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some old filing cabinets. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we get back to it soon enough. It’s steady work and we try to keep things organized, even if the yard gets a bit cluttered during the busy weeks. Pune has changed a lot since we started, with more traffic and new buildings everywhere, but we just stick to our routine here in Kothrud. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy logos. We just come in, do what needs doing on the production line, and go home. If you stop by, you might have to wait a minute for someone to come to the gate since we’re usually buried in work out back. It’s a practical place for practical people who don’t mind getting their hands dirty.
