Our facility is located at Gat No. 392/2 in Mahalunge. We are situated very close to the Talegaon Chakan Road, which is a major hub for the automotive industry in this region. This area is full of big plants and logistics centers. We manufacture various auto components here. The factory floor is quite large and we have several production lines running throughout the day. It’s a very functional space designed for moving materials and finished parts efficiently. We have a lot of workers coming in on shifts, so the place is active almost all the time. Being near the Chakan road is helpful for shipping out our products to the bigger vehicle manufacturers. The office part of the building is just a few rooms near the entrance where we handle the scheduling and the payroll. It’s a bit noisy with the presses and the ventilation fans running, but that’s normal for this kind of business. The landscape around here has changed a lot with all the new construction over the last few years. We focus on getting the daily production numbers met without much fuss. It’s a very practical operation and we don’t spend much time on anything that isn't related to the manufacturing process. We usually have trucks waiting at the gate in the morning. The yard gets a bit muddy when it rains, so we're always cleaning the floors and checking the drains.
