Ideal Groups

We set up shop in Flat No. 4 of the Ganeshkripa Building a while back. It’s right on ITI Road, which is a pretty convenient spot for us. Ideal Groups is basically a small team working out of this apartment-style office. It’s not a big corporate building, so it feels more like a home office than anything else. We have a few desks squeezed in and some chairs for when people stop by to talk. Sometimes the traffic on ITI Road gets a bit noisy, but we’re used to it by now. We handle a variety of things here, mostly coordinating different projects we have going on. The stairs up to the flat are a bit narrow, so we tell people to watch their step. It’s a practical place. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the door. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through paperwork at the table. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the slow afternoons. It’s just how we operate—no big frills or fancy receptionists. We know most of the people in the building and the shopkeepers downstairs. It’s a tight-knit kind of environment. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure our records are straight before we head home for the evening. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and talk. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day.
