Atulya Hr Consultancy Private Limited is based out of Office No.702 in Finswell Sakore Nagar, which is right in Viman Nagar, Pune. We spend a lot of our time sitting at our desks and going through stacks of resumes. It’s a busy office, and the traffic outside in Viman Nagar can get pretty loud during the day. We aren't a big, fancy agency. It’s just us here working on HR stuff for different companies that need help finding people. Most of our day is spent on the phone or writing emails to candidates. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The building is okay, though finding a good parking spot can be a real headache sometimes. Inside, it’s just computers, some filing cabinets, and a lot of half-empty tea cups. We try to keep things simple and just do the work that needs doing. There isn’t much corporate polish here, just people trying to get things right for our clients. Pune is a good city for this kind of work because there are so many people looking for jobs. We see all sorts of folks coming in and out. Some days are slow and we just chat about the weather, and other days are so busy we barely have time for lunch. We just take it as it comes and keep the office running as best as we can. It’s a living and we are used to the routine by now.
