Ateos Foundation Of Science Education And Research is located in the Eisha Bella Vista complex in Kondhwa Budruk. We are up on the ninth floor of Building F, in Flat 903. Being behind the Talab Company means we are a bit away from the main road noise, which is good when we are trying to focus on our work. The view from the balcony is actually quite nice, especially in the evenings when the lights of Pune start to come on. Since we are in a residential building, our office feels very much like a home. We have one room filled with books and papers, and another where we keep our computers and a few pieces of equipment. It is not a sterile lab or a big institution; it is just a place where a few people come together to work on science education projects. We often have boxes of materials stacked up in the hallway waiting to be sent out. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during the peak hours, so we try to plan our errands around those times. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we type away. It is a quiet existence here in Kondhwa, and we mostly just keep to ourselves and get through our daily tasks. There is nothing very flashy about it, just some dedicated people working out of a high-rise apartment.
